1. Service Agreements & Scope
By accessing hayapromotions.com or engaging Haya Promotions for article publishing, podcast promotion, content writing, paid media, or proxy market intelligence, you agree to these Terms. All specific client engagements are defined under custom statements of work (SOW).
2. Independent Platform Limitations
Haya Promotions provides marketing execution, strategy, copy, and campaign distribution. We do not own third-party search engines, podcast directories, publishing outlets, or social media ad platforms. End approvals, indexing speeds, and ad delivery remain under third-party platform control.
3. Responsible & Lawful Use
All proxy-supported research and campaign testing services must strictly comply with applicable laws, platform terms of service, and data protection standards. Unauthorized activity, spamming, identity deception, or platform manipulation is explicitly prohibited.
4. Intellectual Property
All custom copy, articles, design assets, and campaign deliverables created for clients become client property upon full payment completion under agreed contract terms.
